How much time have you wasted in your life lost? How much of that time was in the car wasting gas? Get a Satellite Navigation system - preferably a portable one - and save yourself lots of time, money and frustration!
Many phones these days come with satellite navigation so that may be an option as well. In either case, if you can take it with you then whether you're in your home town, or navigating the streets of Rome you'll always know where you're going.

When you wash fruits and vegetables do it in a pan of water. Once you're done, use that water for your plants. The plants don't mind re-used water, and it helps me to remember to water them.

Don’t put all of your wrapping off until the last minute. As you pick things up, go ahead and wrap them as soon as you get a chance. Wrap a couple extras for a guest who shows up unexpectedly and gives you a gift. It helps to have a dedicated wrapping area cornered off that is well-stocked with all the essentials—wrapping paper, scissors, gift tags, tape, etc. The easier you make it for yourself, the more likely you are to get it done.

Insulating your windows with shrink wrap is yet another way to cut down on your heating bills. It takes more time than hanging up curtains but it’s worth it. Crockpots are great time and money savers. Because meats cook for so long, even lesser (ie cheaper) cuts of meat work great in the crockpot. You can also throw everything in in the morning and when you come home dinner is ready leaving more time for your family. Check out http://www.familycrockpotrecipes.com/ for a ton of great recipes.

Freeze meat and marinades together in a zip bag. You can then just pull a pack out of the freezer in the morning and have meat ready to go when you get home. This method requires less marinade so it's a money saver as well.

Are hundreds of CD's cluttering up your living room? Maybe it's time to go digital and copy them all over to a computer. You can then start buying all your music digitally which will save you money and space - and help save the planet!
I use my Ipod to play music through the stereo. It's really simple to make playlists for any occasion. And, I never have to worry about whether or not I put the cd back in its case. *blush*
I'm a big fan of ITunes but you can use any software you like. If your music collection is huge you may want to invest in some additional storage. We use a Western Digital 500GB which is great as there's enough room to back up our laptops as well.

Even though the upfront cost of these lightbulbs is a lot more, they last many times longer and the energy savings is huge. They use 75% less energy! A typical 75 Watt bulb will save you $45 over its life. Multiply that by all the light bulbs in your house and it adds up. Not to mention that because they use less energy their better for the environment. Oh, and not that changing lightbulbs takes that much time, if you replace all your lightbulbs now, you won't have to worry about buying replacements or changing them for 7-10 years!

There are several free online resources for learning to read or type faster. The faster you can do these things, the more time you'll save. Think about it - if you have to type 1,000 words a day and you type 35 words a minute that's 28.5 minutes. If you increase your typing speed to 50 words a minute you'll only need 20 minutes to type the same amount - 8.5 minutes a day can really add up.
